What is Self-Discovery?
Self-discovery is a journey from the noise of the outside world to the quiet whispers of the inner self.
It is the path of peeling off the masks we wear to please others, in order to meet our most authentic self.
Through this process, we begin to recognize the patterns that shape our relationships, the emotions that overwhelm us, and the unconscious beliefs that guide our choices.
Rooted in Jungian Analytical Psychology, self-discovery—also known as the process of Individuation—invites us to explore deeper layers of the psyche: the Persona, the Shadow, the Anima/Animus, and the Self.
It’s not just about resolving symptoms; it’s about uncovering meaning, aligning with our inner truth, and becoming whole.
This journey brings clarity, emotional freedom, and the power to live a more conscious, fulfilling life.
