My mission is simple: to help you find balance, clarity, and lasting well-being — because I know how heavy life can feel sometimes. My own journey into health and wellness began from a very personal place. I’ve felt the weight of anxiety and depression, and I understand how deeply they can touch every part of life.
Through my own healing, I discovered the quiet power of mindset shifts, nourishing food, and small habits that stick. These became my guiding lights — and now they shape how I support others like you.
As a certified CBT practitioner with training in holistic nutrition, stress management, and lifestyle medicine, I bring practical tools and a warm, compassionate approach to each session. I don’t believe in perfection; I believe in gentle, steady steps and in treating yourself with the kindness you truly deserve.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me dancing around my kitchen, lost in a good book, or exploring the many ways we can grow and rediscover ourselves. I believe joy, movement, and curiosity are all part of true healing.
