From the very beginning of my medical journey, I was captivated by the incredible, self-sustaining system we call the human body. As a first-year medical student, I was curious about how everything worked so seamlessly—from cells to systems, everything in constant motion, alive and intelligent. However, as I moved beyond textbooks and into real encounters with patients, I began to notice something essential was missing in our traditional approach to medicine.

In morning rounds, we discussed lab results, diagnoses, and treatment plans—but rarely did anyone ask the patient how they felt. What about their fears, their emotional world, their stories? How did grief, stress, trauma, or even love affect the body? And why did it feel like emotions and physical health were treated as separate realms?

Seeking answers, I began exploring beyond conventional medicine—and discovered an entire universe of healing perspectives: holistic medicine, reiki, acupuncture, meditation, hypnosis, psychotherapy, and more. Each offered a different lens into the deep connection between mind and body. I kept wondering—where does one end and the other begin? Or are they simply two sides of the same coin?

That was the beginning of a journey to explore where the sea of the psyche meets the shore of the body.

Eventually, I found my home in psychiatry and psychoanalysis—a place where the complexity of the human experience is not just acknowledged but deeply valued. It is here that I continue to learn how our stories, feelings, and unconscious patterns shape our physical and emotional health.

Every day, I wake up excited to discover something new about this intricate experience we call life. And because of the challenges I’ve faced, the paths I’ve explored, and the knowledge I’ve gained, I know I’m not just here to treat—I’m here to understand, to support, and to guide.

If you’re seeking someone who can see both your symptoms and your story, I’m here. Not just as a doctor-in-training, but as someone who’s walked the in-between paths, and who believes healing is as much about listening as it is about learning. Let’s take this journey together.
