Registered Clinical Counsellor – Individual Adult Therapy


We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) to join our growing wellness centre in West Vancouver. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with adults facing anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions.

Primary Responsibilities

Part Time, Full Time

  • Provide individual therapy to clients using a trauma-informed, client-centered approach.

  • Maintain ethical and professional standards as an RCC in good standing with the BCACC (or equivalent).

  • Complete clinical documentation in a timely and confidential manner.

  • Engage in ongoing communication with the team to support a collaborative and heart-centered workplace.

  • Participate in team meetings, peer consultation, or supervision (as needed or desired).

  • Optionally facilitate or co-facilitate workshops or groups in our dedicated space, if aligned with your interests.

  • Support client referrals and intake through thoughtful client-fit consideration and communication.

  • Stay current with continuing education and best practices in trauma-informed and client-centered care.

Qualifications and Skills

Split model (60/40 or 70/30 based on experience)

  • RCC in good standing
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in individual therapy
  • Trauma-informed and client-centered approach

Schedule (West Vancouver (Baraka Clinical Counselling))

Part Time, Full Time

  • Morning (8 AM – 1:30 PM)
  • Evening (2 PM – 9 PM)
