Flexible RCC (Float / Multi-specialty)
Primary Responsibilities
Part Time

Provide therapy to individuals, and optionally to couples or families, depending on your experience and interest.

Maintain ethical and professional standards in alignment with your clinical designation.

Keep timely, confidential session notes and documentation as required by your licensing body.

Participate in team collaboration, including check-ins, case consultations, or group support when desired.

Adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, with openness and curiosity.

Contribute to a flexible, compassionate, and inclusive team culture.
Qualifications and Skills
Split model
-
Clinical designation in good standing (e.g., RCC, CCC, RSW, RP, or equivalent).

At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to individuals; experience with couples or families is a strong asset.

Client-centered, trauma-informed approach, with flexibility in working across diverse client needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in being part of a collaborative team.

Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and client care independently.

Open to feedback and engaged in ongoing professional growth, whether through consultation, supervision, or continuing education.
