Primary Responsibilities

Part Time

  • Provide therapy to individuals, and optionally to couples or families, depending on your experience and interest.

  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in alignment with your clinical designation.

  • Keep timely, confidential session notes and documentation as required by your licensing body.

  • Participate in team collaboration, including check-ins, case consultations, or group support when desired.

  • Adapt your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, with openness and curiosity.

  • Contribute to a flexible, compassionate, and inclusive team culture.

Qualifications and Skills

Split model

  • Clinical designation in good standing (e.g., RCC, CCC, RSW, RP, or equivalent).

  • At least 1 year of experience providing therapy to individuals; experience with couples or families is a strong asset.

  • Client-centered, trauma-informed approach, with flexibility in working across diverse client needs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an interest in being part of a collaborative team.

  • Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and client care independently.

  • Open to feedback and engaged in ongoing professional growth, whether through consultation, supervision, or continuing education.
