🌌 What is Constellation Work?
Constellation Work, founded by Bert Hellinger, is a systemic and experiential method that reveals hidden patterns within families, relationships, and communities.
It helps participants to:
• Uncover unconscious dynamics that influence their lives.
• Recognize intergenerational burdens and unresolved emotions.
• Open pathways toward release, reconciliation, and healthier connections.
During a constellation session, participants (or representatives) step into the roles of family members or elements of a system. Through this embodied process, invisible dynamics surface, allowing clarity and transformation to take place.
