Born on September 3, 1987, in Tabriz, Iran, Akbar Barzegari has always been driven by a deep passion for strategy, competition, and human potential. A gifted student with a love for math and group sports like ping pong, volleyball, and taekwondo, Akbar pursued the Math and Physics track in high school and earned admission to Sharif University of Technology by ranking 38th nationwide in Iran’s highly competitive entrance exam.
Initially studying Mechanical Engineering, Akbar soon realized his passion lay beyond machines and in understanding human behavior. At 22, he shifted paths and pursued an MBA at Sharif University, where he developed a strong interest in organizational behavior and psychology. This led him to complete a Ph.D. in Behavioral Management at Shahid Beheshti University, focusing on the human side of business.
Alongside his academic journey, Akbar gained extensive experience in consulting, working with top Iranian firms on HR and organizational behavior projects. He led workshops on behavioral biases, stress and conflict management, teamwork, and motivation. Later, he co-founded and served as CEO and board member at Turbine Machine Middle East, where he spent eight years growing the business in a volatile economic environment.
His passion for human development eventually led him to coaching. Fascinated by the impact of coaching on mindset and decision-making, Akbar completed a year-long program with FCA (Farsi Coaching Academy) and became an ICF(International coaching federation) -certified professional coach. Today, he focuses on life and mindset coaching, helping individuals shift their thinking, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential—with a thoughtful blend of analytical insight and emotional intelligence.
