I am a psychologist with a primary focus on analytic psychotherapy grounded in object relations theory—a depth-oriented approach that helps individuals uncover the unconscious roots of emotional struggles, internal conflicts, and recurring relational patterns, guiding them toward a deeper understanding of themselves.
To me, therapy is a safe, consistent, and collaborative space—one that allows for reflection, dialogue, silence, and the gradual discovery of meaning. In this space, emotional experiences are heard and understood, the past and present are explored together, and new ways of relating to oneself and others can begin to take shape.
If you feel it’s time to attend to your inner world in a new way and move toward a deeper, more enduring self-understanding, psychotherapy can be a trustworthy companion on that path.
