We are inviting a warm, relational therapist to provide couples or family therapy at our healing-focused center. Applicants with training in EFT, Gottman, or family systems are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

Part Time, Full Time

  • Provide therapy to couples and/or families using relational, culturally sensitive approaches.

  • Maintain ethical standards and up-to-date registration with a regulatory body (e.g., RCC or equivalent).

  • Foster a safe and respectful environment that honors each client’s cultural background and relational dynamics.

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with professional guidelines.

  • Engage collaboratively with the team, contributing to a supportive and respectful workplace culture.

  • Participate in referrals and maintain your profile on the practice website.

  • Optionally design and facilitate couples workshops, using our serene, well-equipped space.

Qualifications and Skills

Split model (60/40–70/30)

  • RCC or equivalent license
  • Experience with couples/families
  • Cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills

Schedule (West Vancouver)

Part Time, Full Time

Flexible (morning or evening shifts)
