Yoga & soul Painting Experience
This class begins with a gentle yoga practice designed to help us slow down, center ourselves, and reconnect with the body. Through mindful movement and breath awareness, participants gradually settle into a state of presence and inner calm.
As the body relaxes and the mind becomes quieter, we begin to access a deeper layer of awareness—our inner insight and natural source of inspiration.
After the yoga practice, we take a short moment of quiet contemplation. This pause allows participants to stay connected with the feelings, images, or insights that may have surfaced during the practice.
From this centered and meditative state, we move into the creative part of the session: intuitive painting.
There are no rules and no expectations about technique or outcome. Each participant is invited to paint freely and express whatever emerges—colors, shapes, or emotions—guided by their inner experience rather than by external instruction.
The beauty of this process lies in the connection it creates:
First with the body, then with inner awareness, and finally with creative expression.
