My passion for psychology began in high school when I first encountered hypnosis. I became fascinated by the human unconscious and the mysteries we all carry within us. This curiosity deepened as I explored psychoanalytic theory, and I’ve been captivated ever since. I find great meaning in understanding the human soul and helping others on their journeys of self-discovery and healing.
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BCACC. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on family systems, and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology. My master’s thesis explored marital adjustment and mentalization.
In my psychotherapy practice, I primarily work from an Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) approach. My goal is to help clients connect with their emotions, cultivate emotional intelligence, and embrace their authentic selves.
I have been working as a therapist for over three years, supporting both individuals and families through a variety of life challenges.
In my personal life, I enjoy reading, exploring surreal worlds through literature, and deepening my self-awareness by interpreting my dreams. I also love cooking, watching movies, and painting.
