Starting from $150 - $300

Experience creative healing through Psychodrama Group Therapy — where theatre, imagination, and psychotherapy meet for growth and transformation.

Psychodrama-Informed Group

Psychodrama- informed Therapy is a unique, experiential form of psychotherapy that blends creativity, action, and emotional exploration. Guided by Dr. Naghmeh Nobahar and Orsolya Kis (PhD), participants engage in role play, storytelling, and group reflection to uncover deeper insights about themselves and their relationships. Naghmeh is the main facilitator she received her psychodrama training through the psychodrama section of the international association for group psychotherapy and group processes (IAGP)and Orsolya is the co-facilitator/assistant.

Rather than simply talking about challenges, psychodrama invites participants to act them out — allowing new perspectives, emotional release, and healing through connection. Each session integrates movement, imagination, and dialogue in a safe, supportive environment.

Psychodrama helps with:

  • Relationship and family dynamics
  • Trauma, grief, and emotional regulation
  • Self-expression and confidence
  • Personal growth and interpersonal awareness
